Frequently asked questions

Do you work with clients online, across Poland?

Yes — we work online with sole proprietors and small businesses across Poland. Documents are shared digitally, so there's no need to visit an office in person.

Who do you work with?

Mainly sole proprietorships (JDG) and small businesses — whether you keep a tax ledger (KPiR), use flat-rate tax, or are registered for VAT.

Can you take over my bookkeeping from another accountant?

Yes. Switching is straightforward — reach out and we'll walk you through a simple handover so nothing slips through the cracks during the transition.

Which taxes and filings do you handle?

Day-to-day bookkeeping (KPiR or flat-rate tax), JPK_VAT, payroll and HR, annual PIT returns, and representation before the Tax Office and ZUS.

How do I get started?

Send a message through our contact form with a few details about your business. A real person reads every message, and we reply within one business day.

Do you deal with the Tax Office and ZUS on our behalf?

Yes — we file declarations and corrections and handle the required correspondence with the Tax Office and ZUS, so you don't have to.
